Summer University draws to an end

On Thursday, 16 July, participants presented their projects, received certificates, and the best teams were awarded prizes for first, second, and third place.

The event is being implemented by APP with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Autonomous Institution Sociocenter.

Natalya Yukhnevskaya (Tver, Russia) admitted that the Summer University became a platform for her to choose her future educational path.

“I consider APP one of my priority universities for admission to the master’s program. Today, we completed the defense of our project, which was dedicated to creating an engaging game for foreigners,” she emphasized.

Samandar Sobinov (Uzbekistan) emphasized the practical benefits, presenting a concept aimed at solving the adaptation problems of international students.

“The gist of our development is to open a specialized adaptation center for foreign citizens, where they can receive assistance with legal issues and navigating the healthcare system. I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the organizers for such a multicultural environment,” he shared.

For Sabina Gogia (Abkhazia), the trip to Kazan was a true revelation.

“It’s a wonderful city, and I fell in love with it. We have had many engaging trips. But the most valuable thing I’ve found here is the people. I’m sure that even after the project, our friendship will only grow stronger,” she said.
