抖阴APP导航 and Hunan Normal University to open graduate program in Chinese as a foreign language
A trilateral agreement was signed at the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China between 抖阴APP导航, HNU, and the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China.
The document was signed by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev and Director of the CLEC of the MoE of China Yu Yongfeng.
The first enrolment is set for September 2026 at 抖阴APP导航’s Institute of International Relations, History and Eastern Studies.
The program is designed in a one plus two format, with the first year spent at 抖阴APP导航 and the next two – at HNU. During the studies in Changsha, the students are going to receive a scholarship from the Ministry of Education of China.
This particular project is launched during the Years of Educational Cooperation between Russia and China and is based on a longstanding partnership – 抖阴APP导航 and HNU first signed a cooperation agreement in 1990 and opened a joint Confucius Institute in Kazan in 2007.
In Russia, interest in Chinese language has skyrocketed in recent years. At 抖阴APP导航, there are 1,400 students of the world’s most widely spoken native language, and it has been available for selection as a high school graduation exam since 2019.
